Ball Buyers Report

Barry reported that that the ball situation is in a very healthy position.

- $550 in cash

- 10 dozen high quality balls (120 balls)

Barry raised the point that the quality balls he has been buying cost about $85 per dozen.

In doing so, he suggested these may not be suitable some of the lesser talented golfers in

the Club (about 80%), and that cheaper lower compression balls would be a better buy.

He explained that his efforts to get more suitable balls had been met with resistance.

After some discussion, the members accepted Barry’s point and endorsed his discretion in

looking at the kind of balls to which he referred,
